I bought this item. It worked for a few days. then broke. When i plugged it in, it would only work if i wiggled it, and held it in a certain place. I know its the cables problem, because i tried it with a few different items, and they all had the same problem. crap. pay a couple dollars more, for quality’s sake.

Great book! Never read a book like this before but it really brings to life the [train] traveling circus experience from an insider’s ‘learn as you go’ POV during the Depression era. There is such an ominous feel throughout the entire book that I never expected an ending as such… I actually thought it would be more depressing, but I’m not disappointed.

Nicely made and not as fearful looking as some have made it out to be. The unit is weighted with lead pellets and will conform to most dash and console configurations. The underside of the base, made of a non-slip rubber material, will hold well…. as long as the mounting surface(dashboard)is wiped clean occasionally with a mild cleaner. Additionally, it wouldn’t hurt to lighty wipe the rubber base underside with some common rubbing alcohol, when it loses some of its gripping properties, due to debris accumulation. That’s it !! No gimmicks or any magic needed !!
The mount stays in place and can be easily adjusted both vertically and horizontally, to afford a good view of the GPS screen.
To keep the thieves at bay, be sure to scoop up the ENTIRE unit (including the cord) when you leave the car. I use a small carry bag to handle the job.

I was given this book to borrow — “It is just a wonderful book.” I cannot stand mediocre writing, and for this reason I don’t often read popular fiction. I pushed into it, however, hoping for the best. Just could never care at all about the characters. The old guy is grumpy and resentful. Some of the circus behind-the-scenes reporting is interesting, but much of that is pretty low-life and tawdry. Not for me. I will read the ending and report back to my friend, but I will not read the rest of it.

Overall, I really give this iPod a 5-star rating.
I gave it 4-stars for appearance only because it has a small scratch, but fortunately that information was already disclosed in the on-line description of the product before I purchased it. Other than that, it looked brand new. I gave it 4-stars for sound quality, because the volume does not get loud enough for it to be heard well in big rooms.
It would be better if it had a camera. Seems like it should have a built-in camera, because an iPhone has a camera in the back on the upper left corner.
I was not disappointed at all in purchasing this instrument. Since this worked so well, I would be comfortable ordering additional products through Amazon.com.
Sharp VCH810U 4 Head
I had a previous incarnation of this several years ago, but it was destroyed through no fault of the toaster’s. I looked around town to find a new one but was unable to locate one and so ended up with a Procter Silex. That worked pretty well for about 2 years but then the heat elements in the center began going out. I picked up something else at Target but returned it because the center on that one didn’t toast either! How difficult is it to have all of the elements burning in a toaster? It’s not like it has many functions to perform – Heat, raise and lower! Anyway, after browsing through reviews, I ordered a new Kitchen Aid from Amazon and am pretty happy with it. And it does toast the center. English Muffins are particularly difficult due to the uneven surface so I first toast them on a medium setting and then add an additional 60 seconds on the “Bagel” setting. It’s working pretty well. One complaint, when done, the bread doesn’t elevate high enough so you can burn the heck out of your fingers trying to get it out. Solution; bought a pair of toaster tongs for $1.99 at BB&B! The red toaster is very attractive and doesn’t take up much counter space.

Good value for little money. I use it in my canon rebel xsi and it works flawlessly so far. It was the best price on an 8gb sd card I could find.
Zoo Med Repti Calcium
I was carrying my pedometer in my pocket to see how close I was to the 10,000 steps a day recommendation. That was an eye-opener! I thought I was an active person but I wasn’t even close. Anyway, the third day I used it, I didn’t even notice that it was still in my pocket when I threw my jeans in the washer. I was sick that I’d ruined it so soon. I unscrewed the back cover, took out the battery and left everything to dry for a couple days. I could hardly believe it when I put it back together and it worked fine. Needless to say, I won’t be doing that again. Set-up is easy, just don’t try to do it in a hurry. You need to have enough time to measure and enter an accurate stride length.

It has taken an incredible amount of courage for Mr. Walsch to bring forth these revelations from his heart, mind, and soul. These books have touched me deeply, and have changed my life.
It is interesting that the vast majority of people who have written negative reviews have done so with the idea that the books violate “the one true religion” – which, of course, is the one that THEY believe in. Satan is a convenient excuse to deny and reject anything outside of one’s own belief system.
And since when is the Bible “the only revealed truth of God”? Are all other holy books wrong, then? It is this kind of thinking that has started, and perpetuated, all kinds of religious wars in human history.
And remember, the same things that these people say about the CWG books were also said about Jesus during his time here on Earth.
Through these books, I have learned to be more tolerant and understanding of others’ beliefs, and to realize that we need to create a worldwide community of understanding if we are to stay alive as a species.
And even if you don’t like the book, hopefully it will inspire you to go out and find what it is that YOU truly believe in – which is hopefully something that is in your heart (not in the pages of a book written by someone else).

cool! i saw this incredible show in Atlanta! been a husker du fan since I saw them on New Day Rising tour! I am so glad Bob Mould is embracing his legendary legacy and playing some of his songs from husker du on this tour. I cant wait to throw this DVD in and sing “I apologize” loudly to my kids!!
